Coronavirus: 12,997 new cases, 51 deaths

Authorities announced 12,997 new cases of the coronavirus, as well as 51 deaths, for the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Saturday.
There are also 384 patients on ventilators, of which 119 (30.99%) are fully vaccinated.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 2,499,529 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 26,143 fatalities.
