Greece abstains from military exercises

This year’s exercise was conducted without the usual participation of Greek warplanes and navy vessels as Greece pulled out because of the Afghan crisis. Over the past few days, and today especially, there has been a significant increase in complaints from citizens regarding envelopes with suspicious contents, the Interior Ministry’s Civil Defence Secretariat said yesterday in a statement. They have all proved to be tasteless hoaxes.
