Fire breaks out in the southern Peloponnese

A fire has broken out in the Laconia region of the southern Peloponnese on Tuesday, specifically near the village of Varvitsa.

According to information released by the Hellenic Fire Service, the fire broke out in a wooded area and forces, both vehicles and aircraft, have been dispatched to tackle it.
