Man arrested after son (2) pulled unconscious from sea

Police in arrested a man on Wednesday after his two-year-old was found unconscious in the water at a beach in the northeast of the country.
After being pulled from the sea at Paliouri in Kassandra, the boy received first aid from other bathers and a pediatrician. He was then transferred to a hospital in Halkidiki by ambulance and is receiving treatment.
The 41-year-old father was arrested on suspicion of exposing a minor to danger.
A preliminary investigation is underway. [AMNA]
