Serbian national arrested for alleged war crimes

A 59-year-old Serbian national accused of war crimes in Croatia was arrested in Thessaloniki on Monday.

According to national broadcaster ERT, the man told the Appeals Court that he was a simple soldier and did not participate in the killing of any civilians.
