Businessman, 27, testifies over beach bar rape allegations
A 27-year-old businessman accused of the rape of a 19-year-old woman has testified before an investigating magistrate in Hania, Crete.
The man, who was arrested on Monday, is accused of raping the woman at a beach bar in Falasarna.
A large crowd gathered outside the courthouse during the testimony, which lasted four hours. There was a strong police presence at the building.
