Man shot in Menidi

A man was injured when unknown individuals approached him while he was walking and opened fire at him in the eastern Attica suburb of Menidi early Saturday morning.

The man was transferred to KAT hospital to receive treatment for his wounds. His life was not in danger, state-run Athens-Macedonian News Agency reported. Police are searching for the perpetrators.
