Foreign Ministry releases statement on Albanian Independence Day
The Foreign Ministry released a statement on social media on Monday to congratulate Albania on its national Independence Day.
“Greece congratulates and expresses its best wishes to the people and the Government of our NATO ally Albania as they celebrate their Independence Day!”, read the statement.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is set to visit Albania next week to attend the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tirana.
