Man injured in group knife attack

A man has been injured in a stabbing while being attacked by a group of men, police said.
Police were called to the scene near the Athens Court of Appeal, on the intersection of Ragavi and Loukareos streets in the Ampelokipoi district around 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Four suspects are being held in connection with the attack.
The victim was taken to hospital with injuries described by police as not life threatening.
Police have not confirmed what motivated the stabbing, but local media speculate it was connected to a sports club rivalry.
