Athenians take a ride
A couple of boys whiz gleefully past a central Athens kiosk yesterday morning during the annual cycling race round the city center organized by the city council. Hundreds of cyclists, including Athens Mayor Dimitris Avramopoulos, covered the eight-kilometer course that started from the old Kallimarmaro Stadium, as traffic police kept lines of fuming motorists at bay.
