Escape averted from capital’s Korydallos Prison
Guards at the Greek capital’s Korydallos Prison managed to prevent an inmate from making a break for freedom on Wednesday.
According to reports, guards spotted the inmate in the so-called dead zone after he apparently climbed the fence between the courtyard and the guarded perimeter.
He went on to climb onto the roof of a building after he was spotted, with guards having to talk him down and return him to his cell.
