KTEL intercity bus catches fire

A fire broke out just before 4 p.m. on Thursday aboard an intercity KTEL Thessaloniki bus on the Halkidonas-Koufalion provincial road.

According to the available evidence, the fire appears to have begun in the vehicle’s engine. Eight firefighters with four vehicles extinguished the fire.

According to reports, no passengers were injured in the incident
