Rescue operation underway for man trapped in remote area of Mount Athos

A man was trapped in a remote area of the northern Athos peninsula on Wednesday.
The fire department has sent eight firefighters and a climbing unit to the scene. The operation is expected to take several hours due to the inaccessibility of the man’s location.
