Vehicle damaged in Culture Ministry attack
Police in Athens were investigating an attack against the Ministry of Culture in central Athens late on Tuesday. According to reports, a group of unknown assailants entered the ministry’s courtyard and threw homemade explosive devices causing extensive damage to a parked vehicle.
Two people were subsequently detained and were expected to face a prosecutor on Wednesday.
