Aghios Dimitrios metro station to close for works over weekend

Aghios Dimitrios station on Line 2 of the Athens metro will be closed on Saturday and Sunday as technical works get under way as part of a planned extension from the current terminus to a new station in Elliniko, southern Athens.

A replacement bus service will run between Dafni and Aghios Dimitrios stations.
