Lawyers remain on strike until February 21
Lawyers are to remain on strike until Monday, February 21, their unions decided over the weekend despite objections from the Athens and Piraeus associations.
Lawyers have decided that on Wednesday they will stage sit-in protests at all of the country?s courts.
They are protesting the government?s move to liberalize their profession, which will involve limits to newcomers entering the sector being relaxed and minimum fees being abolished.
