Man suffers serious burns in Thessaloniki attack
A 32-year-old man was being treated at a Thessaloniki hospital for severe burns after an unknown assailant doused him with inflammable liquid and set him on fire.
The incident occurred late on Tuesday on Navarinou Square, in the nothern Greek port city’s city center.
According to witness reports the two men, possibly drug users, were arguing prior to the attack.
Police were investigating the incident.
