Two arrested for murdering elderly couple
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murdering an elderly couple in their home in Veria, northern Greece, last month.
Police said that they arrested a 20-year-old and 31-year-old in Thessaloniki.
The two suspects are alleged to have broken into the couple?s home on June 26 and attacked the 73-year-old man and his 69-year-old wife. They tied up the couple before robbing them.
Both of the alleged attackers are foreign nationals. Police found several weapons when they raided their home.
