Thessaloniki municipality ‘owes 40 mln euros’

Thessaloniki Mayor Yiannis Boutaris told Skai TV on Tuesday that the municipality owes 40 million euros to suppliers.

Boutaris said these debts have been amassed since 2006 and that the municipality will have to take out a loan to pay its suppliers.
