Major cocaine haul in Thessaloniki
In a coordinated operation with Serbian authorities, Interpol and the American Drug Enforcement Agency, a large shipment of cocaine was seized in the port of Thessaloniki on Thursday.
The container, which was carrying agricultural equipment from Bolivia to Serbia, was found to also contain 160 kilograms of cocaine.
Eight arrests were made — five by Serbia and three by the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
