Number of road deaths drops
The number of deaths recorded on the country?s roads between January and October this year dropped by 16.2 percent compared to the same period last year, according to official statistics published Tuesday.
Nevertheless Greece still has the highest rate of deaths in the European Union per 1 million inhabitants, according to the Panos Mylonas Road Safety Institute.
