Daily granted creditor protection
An Athens first instance court on Monday granted Eleftherotypia newspaper temporary protection from its creditors.
The court rejected an appeal by employees, some of whom have not been paid for the last few months, to be excluded from the process so they could take legal action to recover their unpaid wages.
