Consumer group goes against debt collectors

Consumer group EKPIZO said on Monday that it is preparing to take legal action on behalf of consumers against private debt collection firms, which it criticized for overzealous attempts to gather money. EKPIZO claimed that it is currently handling more than 6,100 complaints from indebted consumers.
