Judge sentenced for sexually abusing son
A judge in Athens was on Wednesday sentenced to six years in jail for sexually abusing his five-year-old son.
The judge, who was not named, had been found guilty last year but continued to fulfil his role pending his appeal.
However, the appeals court found there was clear evidence to prove that the unnamed judge, who had separated from his wife, had abused the child while the boy was in his custody.
