Suspected construction site robber arrested
A 46-year-old man was arrested in Hania, Crete, on Friday on suspicion of stealing 1,000 euros? worth of pipes and wires from a Social Security Foundation (IKA) building that is under construction.
Police found the stolen items in the man?s car.
They believe the suspect, a Romanian national, also stole similar items worth 10,000 euros from another construction site in Mournies.
