Teen robbers arrested
On Saturday police detained two Roma teenagers in connection with 52 robberies and break-ins committed in the Peloponnesian town of Sparta and various nearby villages.
The pair, aged 15 and 17, were charged with allegedly removing valuables worth about 189,000 euros from residences and stores.
Authorities are currently seeking a number of accomplices they believe cooperated with the Roma teenagers.
