Tsochatzopoulos appeal rejected

Magistrate Theodoros Kanellopoulos on Thursday rejected an appeal by former Defense Minister Akis Tsochatzopoulos to have his conditional release terms eased.

Tsochatzopoulos has been charged with accepting bribes as part of a submarine deal when he was a minister.

His bail was set at 150,000 euros and he was banned from leaving Greece.
