Patra Municipality warns that litterers will be named and shamed
Exasperated by residents dumping rubbish in some seafront areas, the Municipality of Patra said on Thursday that it would make public the names of anyone it catches littering.
“Unfortunately, the fines that have been imposed so far have not brought some people in line,” the port city’s deputy mayor for environmental issues, Giorgos Sigalas, said.
