Blast at ex-PM Simitis’s office, no injuries

A rudimentary explosive device went off outside the political office of former PASOK leader and Prime Minister Costas Simitis in central Athens yesterday. Nobody was hurt in the blast.

?All those that try to poison the political atmosphere on the path to elections, will not succeed,? government spokesman Pantelis Kapsis said in a statement. ?Democracy cannot be terrorized.”
