Some KTEL drivers to strike Thursday over sackings
Some KTEL intercity coaches are unlikely to run on Thursday due to a strike by drivers.
Although some coaches are driven by their owners, the head of the union representing KTEL drivers, Vassilis Dimitropoulos, told Skai Radio that this amount is 60 percent rather than the 90 percent the owners suggest.
Dimitropoulos said the strike was being held to protest recent sackings of drivers as well as ones planned to take place after Easter.
He said drivers have not received pay rises since 2009.
