Cannabis haul on Greek-Albanian border

Drug enforcement officers in the northwestern city of Ioannina on Thursday intercepted a suspected delivery of 237 kilograms of cannabis on the Greek-Albanian border.

The officers found the drugs cached in tote bags deep in the woods off a road leading from the Albanian border and believe that the narcotics were destined for the Greek market.
