Father and son drown in Kerkini Lake
A father and son have drowned in Kerkini Lake in northern Greece after going fishing in the man-made reservoir.
According to authorities, the pair, aged 73 and 37, left for a fishing trip early on Sunday but relatives became worried when there was no sign of them several hours later.
Their boat was found capsized in the lake at a point where the water was 2.5 meters deep. The bodies of the two men were also recovered. Relatives told police that the father and son did not know how to swim.
