PM Edward Fenech Adami of Malta and PM Costas Simitis of Greece take in the view of Valetta’s Great Harbor yesterday. Simitis, whose country holds the EU presidency, is on a tour of European capitals to prepare for next month’s summit in Greece. On Tuesday he was in Lisbon. Malta, Cyprus and eight former East Bloc countries will join the EU next May.
