Help at Home program gets extension
The Help at Home program, which provides assistance to some 70,000 chronically ill, disabled and elderly people around the country, was given an extension on Wednesday until September 30.
The program, which is run by local authorities, was originally designed to run until June 30, though Wednesday?s decision means it will receive additional funding to operate for another three months.
