OPAP CEO’s NGP Plastic trial postponed to July 6

The trial of Yiannis Spanoudakis, the current CEO of state-run gaming firm OPAP, over unpaid taxes was delayed on Monday until July 6.

Spanoudakis is accused of failing to ensure that NGP Plastic, part of the Petzetakis Group, paid 375,000 euros in taxes when he was CEO of the company between 2006 and 2008.

Spanoudakis denies the charges.
