Police arrest cleric over weapons cache
Police in northern Greece Tuesday arrested a 39-year-old archdeacon in Pylaia after finding weapons and ammunition in his possession.
The unnamed cleric, a permanent resident of the monastic community of Mount Athos, is said to have been hoarding an air gun, a single-barrel shotgun, several rounds of ammunition and a set of handcuffs.
