PI nabbed for selling wiretap technology

A 33-year-old man working as a private investigator in the Athenian suburb of Neo Iraklio was arrested on Friday on suspicion of selling illegal wiretapping systems online.

The unnamed man allegedly sold and installed software that could allow his ?clients? to listen in to mobile phone conversations and to access other people?s text messages.

Investigators said they found law firms, shipping companies and private businesses in his client list.
