Bill Clinton to visit Athens as part of drive to reverse crisis

Former US President Bill Clinton is to visit Athens at the end of this week as part of a Greek-American campaign aimed at reversing the negative image of Greece and promoting initiatives that could contribute toward tackling the repercussions of the crisis.

According to Kathimerini, a Greek-American initiative involving well-known entrepreneurs, lawyers and scientists, aim to gather an initial 100 million euros through a combination of three activities — bolstering the work of isolated charity organizations, supporting the implementation of structural reforms and attracting foreign investment.
