FYROM PM proposes meeting with Greek counterpart

The prime minister of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Nikola Gruevski, has proposed a meeting with Greek Premier Antonis Samaras.

The two leaders could meet on August 2 or 15, September 2 or 15 or on any other date, Gruevski?s office said in a statement on Friday.

Gruevski also informed journalists that he would not be answering questions about the name dispute between the two countries.

He accused Greece of using his comments in order to divert attention from the issue.
