Man, 24, dies in balcony fall after hurting girlfriend
A 24-year-old man, identified by police only as a foreign national, died on Tuesday after falling from the fifth floor of an apartment block in the Athens neighborhood of Kallithea in what appeared to be a suicide.
Earlier in the day the 24-year-old is believed to have caused serious injuries to his 25-year-old Russian girlfriend following an argument.
Neighbors reported hearing a vehement dispute ahead of the man’s fatal fall.
