Four-day heat wave to start Friday

Authorities warned on Thursday that the temperature will rise to 41 Celsius (106F) in parts of the country on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, although there will be strong northerly winds.

Temperatures will remain high for most of Monday but should drop by the evening.
