Juncker sees Greece on a ‘good path’
Luxembourg?s Prime Minister Jean- Claude Juncker, who heads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said Spain and Greece are on a good path, according to an interview with newspaper Luxemburger Wort.
The countries ?have made considerable consolidation progress,? Juncker said in the interview to be published on Thursday. ?I see both as being on a good path.?
Commenting on Greece?s future in the euro, Juncker said ?there is no reasonable room for speculation about a Greece exit. Greece will stay within the euro area.? [Bloomberg]
