Boy fined on Lesvos for riding bicycle without a bell

A 10-year-old boy was fined 80 euros on the eastern Aegean island of Lesvos for riding a bicycle without a bell that was involved in an accident with an adult riding a scooter, according to reports by the local newspaper Embros.

Traffic police on the island issued the fine after the accident, which left the boy with a grazed shin.

It was unclear whether the scooter rider was fined too.
