373 Greek beaches won the international Blue Flag…
A total of 373 Greek beaches – including this one on the Ionian island of Lefkada – won the international Blue Flag award for clean beaches this year as compared to 354 last year, it was announced yesterday. Cretan beaches led the list with 76 blue flags, followed by the southern Aegean (67), central Macedonia (54) and the Ionian (44).
