Bank manager held hostage in Thessaloniki
Police were on Thursday negotiating with a 72-year-old man who is holding a bank manager hostage in a Thessaloniki building that houses the Fund of Deposits and Loans, Skai reported.
The man has poured gasoline inside the building, which has been evacuated by police, and threatens to light it on fire, Skai said.
The man, who is known to the police, is said to be locked in a financial dispute with the fund.
