Homemade device explodes at Rhodes school

A homemade explosive device detonated in a school courtyard on the island of

Rhodes, in the Dodecanese in eastern Aegean Sea, in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to early police reports, the dynamite device was placed at the Venetokleio educational facility’s fence.

The explosion caused minor damage while no injuries were reported.
