Road tax payment deadline expires on Tuesday
The deadline for car owners to pay their 2013 road tax expires on Tuesday.
The government had extended the deadline by a week as about 20 percent of motorists had failed to make the payment by the original end date of December 31.
Around 80,000 motorists have handed in their license plates to avoid paying road tax for this year. About 100,000 took their vehicles out of circulation last year.
