Man arrested for stealing sensitive data
Police arrested a 45-year-old company owner in Exarchia, central Athens, on Wednesday, after discovering three hard disks containing sensitive personal data in his possession.
Early reports suggested that the man was allegedly responsible for supplying data regarding 9 million Greeks citizens to two people who were arrested recently.
The digital database included income tax returns information, among others, the police said.
