Doctors, nurses and ambulance workers call strike for Thursday
Hospitals, health centers and the ambulance service will operate with skeleton staff on Thursday due to a 24-hour strike called by workers in the health service.
Unions said they want to draw attention to the underfunding and plight of the national healthcare system and the National Organization for Healthcare Provision (EOPYY).
The strike will be accompanied by rally outside the Health Ministry and march to Syntagma Square.
