Police search Volos hotel for robbery clues
Police were searching two hotel rooms in Volos, central Greece, on Saturday that were booked using one of the fake IDs found in the possession of four bank robbers arrested in Velvento, northern Greece, on Feb. 1.
Police believe the four men, aged 20 to 25, stayed at the hotel along with another four suspects who took part in the robberies. Sources said police know the identities of the four robbers that are still at large.
Like the four suspects in custody, they are also alleged to have links with the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire urban guerrilla group.
